Kubb prize comes back to Bygdsiljum

Team Axelsson were the surprise winners of this years Kubb tournament after beating team Uusijärvi in the final and team Ruth in the semis.

Team Burman went out early to team Uusijärvi. After taking a very early lead they failed to capitalise on team Uusijärvi failing to wake up until the seventh round.

Team Ruth, favourites at the beginning of each tournament went out early again, to a young Axelsson team determined to win after spending every Tuesday and Thursday morning before school in the garden, come rain, snow or shine practising.

It paid off for Axelsson and they will certainly be the team to beat next year.
